The staff was helpful and the very good breakfast was provided. We had a king studio, and we enjoyed it. Visited their restaurant FatPour Tapworks couple of times...

We had a queen studio and it included a heating system, cable channels and a seating area. Our favorite hotel in Chicago, staff was great.
